Look, we get it. You can't always have a plate full of meat and potatoes. Well, you could and we wouldn't judge, but we also know that sometimes less is more. Our Chipotle Shrimp Salad or Chicken Caprese Salad are just a couple favorites for when you want a great meal you won't feel guilty about.

Where it all started... We've hand crafted our recipes to create unique and delicious flavors that are sure to have everyone filling their plate and going back for seconds. Our 96 Original Tri Tip, Sweet Whiskey Chicken, and Pulled Pork are our crowd favorites. Our Signature BBQ Sauce adds those tasty finishing touches.
American & Cajun
Created in our kitchens to bring the finest flavors out. We have USDA Choice Hand Carved Prime Rib which pairs great with our Asiago Chicken or maybe you want a little spice by trying our Creole Chicken with a nice big helping of that good ol' Louisiana Jambalaya. Some glamour or some spice or both! Mix it up or ask us about creating a custom menu for your event
